- We accept the return of unused merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of the original ship date. In addition to our standard 30-days return policy, all orders placed between Nov. 01, 2020, and Dec. 31, 2020, will be eligible for extended 60days returns. Returns, including free gift(s), must be unworn and in the state that you received them.
- Returns received within 30 days of the ship date are eligible for a refund in the original form of payment for the price paid. (It's 60 days return policy on purchase made between Nov 1 to Dec 31 every year)
- Returns cannot be accepted on items received more than 30 days after the original ship date. (It's 60 days return policy on purchase made between Nov 1 to Dec 31 every year)
- Price Adjustments: A one-time price adjustment will be permitted within 7 days of initial purchase with original receipt.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Free Shipping and free returns on order $25 and above for local customers( All residents live in Cherokee County, Georgia)
- Return shipping fees from US Territories are at your own expense. Returns from US Territories are required to follow the instructions provided in the return slip generation process by printing out their return slip and using their own shipping label to ship the return directly to our warehouse via the following address:
